Cancellation policy

• More than 30 days before arrival: Full refund (minus any payment processing fees)

• 30 to 14 days before arrival: 50% refund of the total stay

• 14 days or less before arrival: No refund – 100% of the stay will be charged

• No-show: 100% of the entire stay will be charged

• We understand travel plans can change. In the case of a genuine emergency (illness, family emergency, etc.), we will review each situation individually and do our best to accommodate a fair resolution.

• We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance for added protection on your end.
