- No smoking inside the home

- Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM

- Pets must be supervised and cleaned before coming back inside

- Wipe down kitchen counters, stove, and microwave before departure

- Rinse showers/tubs

- Bag all trash and place bags directly in the dumpster next to the garage door (or neatly stack beside it if full)

- Please return all keys to the lockbox and scramble the numbers on checkout

- The utility shed, garage, and large double-door back gate are for host use only
