We love welcoming well-behaved, house-trained pets!

• Pets must be supervised at all times while outside, including in the backyard. The yard is near a highway and contains some of our host equipment, so we are not responsible for any pet left unattended.

• Please help keep the home fresh by wiping your pet’s body and paws with the provided wipes before bringing them back inside. We also supply scoopers and bags — we’d appreciate it if you cleaned up right away in the yard.

• Please treat our special family items and artwork (including original pieces honoring our late dog Vegeta) with care. Any damage beyond normal wear and tear will be charged at replacement cost.

• Guests are responsible for any damage, theft, or excessive cleaning caused by themselves or their pets.

• No smoking inside the home.

• Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM.

• The utility shed, garage, and large double-door back gate are for host use only.

• Please park only in the driveway.

• No parties or events without prior host approval.
